Bike got stolen just south of Veracruz Mexico
Just an update from back in Oz I had my bikr stolen as I had broken down on the side of the highway heading south from Veracruz towards San Cristobal de las Casas believe it was a fueling issue so I had the carby off and needed to hitch hike to the nearest servo (gas station) to sort out the carby. I hid the bike on the side of teh hwy out of sight took the carby and my gear with me got a lift in a pick up to a Pemex sorted out the carby and headed back to the bike. when I got back about an hour or so later the bike was gone, so I hitched a ride on a passing bus back to Veracruz and stayed there a few nights deciding what to do and eventually decided to head back to Oz and start planning the next adventure
So not too stressed at the moment got myself a new project in Perth, to cafe racer a 1976 CB400 Four, back to the rat race for a bit then see where this new direction heads, already hooked up with some cool people here in Oz finding inspiration everywhere
see you yanks soon as I will definitely be back don't you worry!
I'll post some pics when I get my camera sorted and I'll put up all the pics from the previous 7 months of travel

All´s good in Mexico
Just a quick one as I'm in Mexico safe and sound well as safe as you feel after being welcomed into a strangers house who feeds you and keeps up up drinking till dawn and helps you out every way possible
One casualty is my kickstand for the second time but it has now snapped off where the mount is welded to the frame, a quick visit to a local welder should sort that problem out

Heading West
well I hit the road finally and it was good to be on the move again, even though I think I could of stayed in Knoxville indefinitely with thanks to the awesome people there
now I was reminded of the constant stopping on the road, and they will be even more constant on the Honda
The great American roadside
I ended up in Dallas with some friends of a friend I met in Fayetteville, I was welcomed in to Thu-Ha (pronounced 2-ha) and Sara who amazing creative people. I had been welcomed with open arms and Thu-Ha wanted to add to the coolness of the bike by adding a piece of art work to the side panel

Half way through Mississippi the bike just died and I had to coast to a stop in the middle of a high way, well I said I wanted a bike with some character. I pulled all the luggage off and the tank also and I had a feeling it was a problem with the coil and I thought I'd check it out with the spare one I was carrying back down to Guatemala for Tank. Yep that it was. I put the new coil on and it started second kick and idled like a champ, so I put all the gear back on and kicked up some dirt and headed out westward again

Rick's Motor Guzzi broke down (charging system turned out not to be grounded) in central Dallas
We parked up to get a feed of burgers and 2 cop cars pulled up next to us but they were just getting burgers also
